Rudy Lopez started Northwestern Construction after 10 years of working as a foreman for another construction firm. He branched out on his own out of a desire to help people realize their building dreams and provide quality craftsmanship at fair prices. For over 15 years, Rudy has worked in the industry, mastering every aspect of the building process — from framing and general construction to finish work and window installation. Before his career in building, he trained as an archetiect and this training gives Rudy a depth of knowledge that many builders can only dream of. He understands projects from blueprint to completion.

Rudy and Northwestern Construction take pride in providing fair, transparent service. Rudy is fluent in both English and Spanish. As such, Northwestern Construction is happy to serve our diverse community with professionalism and integrity. When not on the job site, you’ll find Rudy enjoying the Tahoe lifestyle—biking, snowboarding, and spending time with his golden retriever, Daisy.
