ADU’s Accessory Dwelling Units
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s) are also know as tiny homes, in-law units, guest houses, cabins, and apartments. They provide a great option for extending the capacity of your living space. Whether you want to have family move in or rent it out for extra income, they can be a great additions! Truckee even has some great incentives to help permit and finance ADU’s.
